Are there any hidden ingredients?
Our products at Jera are made exclusively from organic and ethically cultivated ingredients. We do not use preservatives, fillers, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or parabens. For complete transparency, we disclose all ingredients to our customers.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin types?
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients chosen to gently support the skin, making them well-suited to many people with sensitive or reactive skin. We avoid synthetic fragrances, fillers, and harsh preservatives, and keep our formulations intentionally uncomplicated.
Every person’s skin is different, particularly when sensitivities, allergies, or skin conditions are involved. We always recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before use.
Why aluminum packaging? Is it safe?
Yes, we use eco-certified, BPA-free aluminum packaging manufactured in France. Our tins are certified for cosmetic and food use and are 100% recyclable. As part of our mission to reduce environmental waste, we encourage our customers to recycle or reuse their packaging after use.
Why are there subtle variations between batches?
Because our products are made by hand in small batches using whole botanical ingredients, subtle variations in colour, texture, and aroma can naturally occur from one batch to another.
Just as plants change with the seasons, harvest conditions, and growing environments, natural ingredients are never completely identical. These variations are a normal part of working with organic, minimally processed ingredients and do not affect the quality or function of the product.
How long will my product last?
We recommend using your product(s) within six months of purchase for maximum potency. We handcraft our products in small batches to keep them fresh. While our products are shelf-stable for up to one year, we suggest storing them in a cool, dark place away from sunlight to prolong their lifespan. In warmer climates, keeping your product(s) in the refrigerator is advisable.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Some people see results immediately, while for others it takes time. With consistent use, we recommend waiting at least a week before seeing noticeable improvement in skin tone and texture.
Are Jera products safe during pregnancy? Can I use them on my children?
Our products were crafted with the whole family in mind. Made with gentle, organic ingredients chosen to support and nourish the skin, I use both of these products on my five-year-old son daily.
Because children’s skin can be especially delicate, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before use, particularly for infants or children with sensitivities or allergies.

Shipping and Refund Policies
Shipping
We ship to everywhere in the U.S. as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, and the U.K. We ship all orders via Fedex and USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For questions about your package, email us hello@jeraorganics.com with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
National and international shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code/destination.
Be aware that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Jera Organics has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once they have left our production facility.
We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you are not happy, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Respecting customers’ privacy is important to us, and we will act responsibly with your information. We will not sell, trade, or lend your information to unauthorized third parties. When you place an order with Jera Organics, we use the information to confirm, process, track your items, or contact you via email, mail, or telephone if we have any concerns about your purchase. When you enter your email address or sign up for our newsletter, you consent that we may contact you to inform you of new items, promotions, sales, and events.
